Administrative law is a branch of law (a system of legal norms) that regulates public relations in the sphere of administrative activities of state bodies and officials performing public functions of the state in the process of exercising Executive power by state bodies.

According to the ratio of rights and obligations of participants: vertical, horizontal;

By the nature of legal facts: generated by legitimate facts, generated by illegal facts.
