Football in my life

Let me introduce myself My name is Sergey Yatsenko. Now, I'm 14 years old. I'm in the 9th form.

I was born and live in Novobataisk. Novobataisk is a nice and modern village. I'm proud of my village.

Practically many kinds of sports are popular in our school, but football enjoy the greatest popularity. As for me, I go in for football. It needs mobility, liveliness and much energy. It keeps a person in a good form. I have been playing football for eight years, but the more I play, the more I like it. I get a real joy taking part in competitions or simply playing with my friends. Every day I go to the stadium. I do my training with great pleasure and hope to play as well as our best players do.

Football makes me healthy, keeps me fit, more organized and better disciplined. I know a lot about football.I can tell you the names of the Russian and world football players. I have pictures of them and know the results of many matches.

I go to our local football club every spare minute and my dream is to become a football player. I also watch football on TV a lot. I never miss a single match. I'll never betray my favourite hobby.
