Crime is a socially dangerous act

Сategories:
crimes of little gravity;
crimes of medium gravity;
serious crime;
a particularly serious crime
Crimes of small weight deliberate and careless actions for committing of which the maximum punishment does not exceed two years of imprisonment.
The medium-gravity crimes shall be deliberate actions for committing of which the maximum punishment does not exceed five years of imprisonment, and careless actions for committing of which the maximum penalty exceeds two years imprisonment.
Serious crimes shall be deliberate actions for committing of which the maximum punishment does not exceed ten years of deprivation of liberty for example, the attraction obviously innocent to criminal responsibility
A particularly serious crime shall be deliberate actions for committing of which the penalty of deprivation of liberty for a term not exceeding ten years or a more severe punishment
